The local-eating revolution has been homogenized and corporatized, and the outcome is this swank happy-hour bar with a list of “local” libations. We applaud the effort, particularly when it comes to the 40-strong beer list, which has plenty of the Two Brothers and Three Floyds variety to choose from. The cocktails still skew heavily toward mass-market vodka, a fitting match for after-work drinks beneath sterile sepia tones, if not for ardent localvores.
