Time Out says

Hipsters no longer prop themselves up at the bar as they once did. Betty's isn't what it used to be among the cool kids in Barcelona, so it's time for all the Raval regulars to re-claim the drinking establishment named after a top rehab and detox centre for  Hollywood's addicted. Now that you don't have to take a number to get in at weekends, what you do get to do is enjoy this kitsch, gay-friendly bar that's got a 1950s feel about it and has one of the most claustrophobic toilets ever. Aside from their giant cocktails, they also do up some mean snacks, including a tasty burger (meat or veggie option) with chips.
