Despite a couple of name changes (it was most recently called D-Café) this lovely little Labone café has good coffee, pastries and lunch-time sandwiches. The baked goods have always been of a decent quality and freshly made; time has also been spent on training the staff to make a good coffee. Fillings for the panini or baguette sandwiches include salmon and bresaola, and the Labone branch also makes pizzas, pasta, salads, wraps and crepes. There’s a nice seating area outside and an air-conditioned bar inside.
