Time Out Guides require freelance sales reps/agencies to handle advertising sales on specific titles in the popular Time Out City Guide series.

We currently need representation in Dublin.

Freelance sales reps/agencies should ideally be residing in these cities/areas with good advertising contacts at both the local and national level. Applicants should be confident, tenacious and able to work on their own initiative within a tight publishing schedule. Previous ad sales experience is essential. Positions are offered on a freelance basis. These titles are published on a two-year publishing cycle.

Time Out Dubai is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join a team of professionals from around the world. The right candidate must have strong print production skills, at least two years' experience in a similar environment, be able to think on their feet, and be keen to work across a variety of publications. The coordinator will be required to handle all aspects of print production, from chasing ad copy and producing print-ready PDFs, to obtaining print quotes and liaising with Sales, Editorial and Design staff, among other responsibilities.

A creative genius is wanted to lead the design team in Beijing. Some knowledge of Chinese culture and language is preferred but not a necessity, however the Art Director will have experience in magazine design, an ability to use Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, Photoshop and be able to generate unlimited creative ideas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of the magazine, the cover ideas and all supplement design, working closely with the editorial team.

Time Out Beijing is looking for an exceptionally talented editor to take the helm of this monthly publication. The successful candidate will have experience as a writer and editor for international level publications, a minimum basic understanding of Chinese culture, with Mandarin speakers preferred. Great creative vision to take the magazine forward in this incredibly culturally vibrant city is a must. The Editor will be expected to work independently, sourcing local contributors and ensuring a high quality of editorial. The job will include partial responsibility for the website.
